We do not accept returns on bagged coffee or any beverages served from our mobile operations. Koiné Coffee reserves the right to offer a refund at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

We may accept returns on merchandise within 30 days of purchase if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if any). Any and all returns or refunds must be processed by contacting admin@koinecoffee.com.
